During the massage, your therapist will work through the massage requested, and they may speak with you regarding pressure and your general comfort. This is so they can make sure you are completely satisfied and happy with the treatment. You can specify how much or how little you would like them to speak to you throughout your treatment.
After your bath or shower, put on something that is comfortable and that you can feel relaxed in. Your massage therapist will bring everything they require for your treatment.
